Well, Robin was puppeteered by another performer because Jerry was ill, but Jerry did dub/loop his voice. Following that was a five year abscence, then being taken over by Matt.

No one performed Robin from 2002 - 2008. He was silent and remained unseen until Matt Vogel took Robin back up.

I'm a hardcore fan too but I thought Jim Parsons' cameo was hilarious and unexpected!

I'd really have to agree with everyone, the Labyrinth robot is the biggest. Though, the bossmen would probably come in second place. Although, there must be a shout out for Thog.
