The first movie I remember seeing in the theater was Beauty and the Beast, though I've been told my aunt and uncle took me to see Home Alone (I was three, I have no memory of this).

There are a number of classic movies that are pop-culture staples that I've never seen. It's always in the back of my head to remedy that. I've only seen the first Star Wars movie... and I have no interest in Star Trek, so you're not alone there.

I always looked forward to these segments as a child. I had no idea what went into making them until recently and now they fascinate me even more. (Side note: We used to call my nephew "Teeny Little Superguy" when he was a baby. ;))

I'd have to pick "I'm Going to Go Back There Someday." I love that song.

I was never that big on "Bein' Green," and then I saw the video of Big Bird singing it at the memorial and I was so touched.

There's probably a lot of technology that went into producing this toy, but based on the information given in that article, $60 doesn't really seem worth it...

They need to change the name of the show, as they have run out of actual stars who are willing to appear... In other news, on Facebook yesterday the DWTS page announced a new show involving "celebrities" competitively diving... I really hope they were joking.

I remember my fifth grade teacher talking about how his daughter watched the show and how great of a cliffhanger he thought the season finale was (which would have been season 4)-- when Ross said "Rachel" at the altar during his wedding to Emily.

It does sound like the newest variety of Kraft macaroni and cheese... ;)

To me, it seems like people either love it and have to have all the seasons, or they hate it and any reference made to it. Anyway, this is one of my favorite shows ever! Great idea for a thread. :) My favorite is Rachel.
