The last DVD I bought was actually a DVD set. It was season 1 of Get Smart. I bought that because I have loved that show since I was a boy.
The last lot before that was the complete Indiana Jones set.
I finally got to see Journey Back To Oz. It was on a VHS cassette I picked up second hand. The beginning of the tape was very obiviously worn out but two minutes or so in it worked properly. I really liked it too.

I will admit I am not the most critical person in the world, although even I was overwhelmed by Muppets From Space. Mind you, I finally saw Muppets Wizard of Oz this morning and didn't mind it.

Maybe what they could do is, they could put out season sets but instead of entire seasons they could have say, 30 episodes each set and call the first one say, Sesame Street Season 1 Volume 1. The second one could be Season 1 volume 2 and so on and so forth.

We do get Scrubs in Australia, but it comes on after my bedtime. Still, I guess when the episodes with the Sesame Street Muppets airs here, I could tape it. Or wait until the DVD comes out.
Well there were lots of Chirstmas movies and specials that I loved, including all the Rankin/Bass ones. My favorite out of all of those would have to be Santa Claus is Comin' To Town. I got that on DVD late last year and it was a treat to watch it without it being interupted by ad breaks...
I finally got around to watcing all of Sesame Street Old School the other day and it was just wonderful. My only gripe was that it left me wanting to see more from the first five seasons.:(
