Frank Oz's new movie starring Billy Crystal

Yeah I read about this, not a big Billy Crystal fan, but we all know Frank is funny, and it's great that he'll have a new project out there.

    Remembering Jim Henson

In tribute of Jim's passing, I'm wearing a very spring green blouse and my Kermit watch today at work for our first open house office party. Also have the gut wrenching photo of a sad Kermit sitting in Jim's director's chair that was a magazine cover after he passed as my computer wallpaper.

Seriously, Sesame Workshop? Where are your lawyers?

It bothers me that tourists come to NYC just to walk around Times Square and go into stores. You're in NYC, one of the greatest cities in the world! There are so many other things that the city has to offer yet people for the reasons I can't understand traipse around Times Square, the M&M's...

    Bill Diamond?

I've heard of Bill Diamond and seen his own puppetry work on DVD, etc. He's ok but I don't think his puppets have as much flexibility as the Muppet characters do. I'm not sure who he played on Fraggle Rock, but everytime I see his credits listed, he mentions he worked with the Jim Henson Compay...

Jim Henson Creature Shop TV Show Coming to Scyfy

I'm not into these reality TV/competition shows for the most part, but I may have to check this out. I think Brian Henson on his own has an interesting take on things, and I'd like to see what his opinions are and how he critiques others' work

Sesame Street Classic episodes now streaming on Netflix

I believe the episodes that are streaming are a combination from volume 1 and 2 as the first episode is there, etc. At least they were last time I was watching them which was about 6 months ago now. I do hope Netflix continues to add classic episodes to their streaming content. I was so happy to...

    Remembering Jane Henson (1934-2013)

Very sad to hear, but glad she is at peace now. She seemed like a very kind lady and a strong woman. I had the opportunity to meet her a couple of times over the years at various Henson events in the NYC area and she couldn't have been nicer to myself and the fans, even though she seemed a...

    Let's see your Whatnots

Love the tux on this puppet. He looks like a character out of a David Lynch movie.

Prayers and thoughts for Jane Henson

I send my best to the Henson family and Jane. Watching someone deal with long illnesses and how they deteriorate is a strain and a very difficult time on the family involved. I hope they all pull through this and whatever God's will is, that its for the best. Jane has been nothing but the...

Will Disney ever focus on Bear in the Big Blue House again?

I would love to see Bear brought into the spotlight again. I think Bear was one of the best post Jim projects the company's done. The characters are wonderful and colorful both literally and personality wise, the show was well written, and the music was excellent.
