"First fully animated film"? Sorry, Miss White, but Argentina beat you to the punch by several years. Too bad it's considered lost. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Ap%C3%B3stol

Disney Muppet Babies Season 1 Episode 10 - The Good, The Bad, and The Froggy / Muppet Rock

The live-action Dr. Teeth cameo was the most surprising thing here. Looks like in this universe, the other EM members are adults, which sadly means we might not get to see how they look as babies.

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

Incredibles 2 had the biggest opening of any Pixar film, beating out Finding Dory. http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=theincredibles2.htm

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

I'd say good. His sleazy show has been irrelevant since the '90s ended.

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Why can't wasps and hornets disappear forever instead? They do nothing but spread pain and misery, as these Japanese giant hornets demonstrate.

    Nintendo makes the Switch!

The same was done to Snake's butt, but it's still an early build. We don't know if things will change in the final game. There was a promise that the Switch version of Dragon Quest XI (published by Nintendo) won't be censored in the West, so maybe Nintendo of America wasn't responsible for this...

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

Let's not forget Ed Wood. And I feel that his stop-motion remake of Frankenweenie was a nice return to form. I've also been hearing good stuff about Big Eyes.

Disney Muppet Babies Season 1 Episode 9 - Animal Cleans Up / Best Pals Pizza Parlor Palace

Interesting how Fozzie's jokes are now poorly received by the other characters in both episodes. Until now just about everyone seemed to be entertained by them. Gotta love Animal's dirty monster truck form during the imagine spot in "Animal Cleans Up", too.

    The Old Cartoon Network Thread

Looking back, Red Guy was the real star of the show. Charlie Adler's hammy performance really made the character. :)

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

Even though the all-female Ocean's Eleven reboot Ocean's 8 has garnered lukewarm reviews, it seems to be doing well for itself, taking the #1 spot and slightly outgrossing each of the previous films. http://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/chart/?yr=2018&wknd=23&p=.htm

    The Funny Picture Thread

At least compared to so many adult cartoons, the CalArts look is much more appealing. I wonder if John K. reacts to the look as much as he does the Dreamworks Face?

Arthur - Where is the Show Going?

Because Canadian tax write-offs make it so cheap to produce.

I think that's why Touchstone was specifically created.

    The Most Annoying Kids Shows

There's promise of lots of action like the original. It better deliver on that front.

    The Most Annoying Kids Shows

It's easy to see why they're going with streaming for their shows, as it allows for far more creative freedom than TV networks. Their reboot of Sigmund and the Sea Monsters (which got 6 episodes released) is a perfect example of that, what with their amazing Muppet-esque puppets.

    The Most Annoying Kids Shows

I doubt the web series had much of a budget to begin with, so I would expect a TV show with network backing to have a somewhat more presentable budget in comparison.

    The Most Annoying Kids Shows

Plus, AO's TV series happened somehow looked far worse in production values than the web series. While the web series used real fruit with faces digitally pasted on, the TV series went with clip art a la Angela Anaconda.

    When you need to rant...

Thundercats is coming back to CN! Yay! :) In the form of a comedic TTG-esque reboot based on the '80s series helmed by one the writers of Pickle & Peanut. Boo! You may remember that CN had a reboot of TC back in 2011 that was supposed to run for 52 episodes, but that count was cut by...

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Really was a shame for Titan A.E., which felt more like a return to form for Bluth, but killed his career thanks to an oversaturation of hand-drawn films and sci-fi films in 1999.
