It’s a big case where a lot of these fandoms have people on the spectrum, and speaking as an autistic person myself (higher end of PDD NOS), I get it’s something we’re born with but it’s also very clear there are so many clueless parents that use their child’s disability as a way to just let...
Honestly the idea that Sesame Street went in a different direction after Henson passed away to me is ridiculous.
If he were still alive I would absolutely imagine we would still have stuff like the Around the Corner sets and what have you. The show was competing against other PBS shows by this...
I mean it’s pretty much been that way since the beginning of YouTube. Regardless if certain sources may have been private, even just ripping clips from your personal VHS collection is illegal.
If any case, glad to see a copy has surfaced online.
Okay, so coming back to this thread…..
It’s honestly a massive shame fuzzygobo retired from this forum 2 years ago because I would have loved to hear his thoughts on the full English clip with it since surfaced on YouTube. But I’m sure he probably has seen it by now and absolutely enjoyed it.
The Muppet Show wasn’t exactly a full-on kids show that have a lot of adult stuff thrown in here and there but, you know…… people seem to purposely disregard that. 💁♂️🤷♂️
If I’m being honest, I don’t think Sesame Street has “made you want to be a kid forever.” It sounds to me more like you have Peter Pan syndrome. And if that is the case, it’s something you’re going to have to eventually move on from because life only gets tougher as you get older. It’s a part of...
I honestly like both songs personally, that said I do like “One Way” a bit more with that slow 70s rock melody and the backing vocals accompanying Cerf’s lead (I’d be curious to know who provided backing vocals because I don’t believe any info was found on that). And I do enjoy how the song ends...
Greg, we know it's you. Your age, mention of Chip under favorite characters and (no offense) your recent thread are all dead giveaways. You really don't have to lie through a keyboard with that "not necessarily" response (not to mention that was just a simple yes or no question).
Well, how the heck are WE supposed to know the kind of ideas for stories that came up in the writing room? We can’t magically go into their heads and guess what kind of scrapped ideas they had in mind previously.
An honest question dude, and I mean this in no disrespect cause I’m on the spectrum myself, but are you by any chance autistic? I mainly ask from reading two of your posts regarding the fears you brought up.
