Wow, MuppetFest in 2001 and you just now found us? I need to talk to someone in marketing... oh wait that's me. :o
Glad you joined us. We just happen to have one particular Muppet Babies fan here in our house. Every morning our 3 year old wakes up and asks for "Scooter's Hidden Talent". Would...
I get that I truly do. And that's exactly why the educators behind Sesame Street have always wanted a diverse human cast (race, sex, ability, etc.) to teach tolerance at an early age. That's also why they have targeted obesity. Start healthy habits young. And for those things sending an early...
*bold was mine
I don't think kids were paying any particular attention to the Katy Perry situation, so I don't believe they were taught anything by her not being on the show. But that's an entirely different topic.
That's my point. I'm not saying that Sesame Street should avoid or ban breast...
What exactly do kids need to learn? It's been my experience that children don't tend to have questions about breastfeeding, they just accept it. Unlike adults whose views have been skewed, children already see it as a natural thing. I don't think the point of having breastfeeding on Sesame...
Those are pretty cool. I didn't find anything in the "terms and conditions" that said they don't ship to the U.S. but I bet they won't. I filled one out just to see if it would take my address and it said they are on the way when I hit submit. I guess we'll soon find out. :)
I went to a Sesame Street Live performance by myself when I was in my 20's. Gotta have some fun sometime.
Some of the BaB workers that I have seen look as if they could use a little adult interaction, you'd probably make their day. That is unless you aren't potty trained and pick your nose or...
Thank you! Super cute! Interesting that they chose to do some illustrations and some photos. I love how you paired MP's eyes with the Chef's mustache. I need to make a Target run!
And Kermit fat poser head strikes again. :grr: Why are they still using that?
Curious to see what the actual band-aids look like. We're about to run out of our Miss Piggy and Kermit ones from the 80's.
The boys both got Muppet PJ's for Christmas. They are adorable! The pajamas too. ;)
The youngest also got the Kermit hoody and t-shirt, I really loved the girls version and for a split second wished I had another one. LOL!
Sounds like I need to make another trip to Target, this is not good for...
Hmmm... I'm having a hard time getting excited about these. Perhaps it's my own bias against Build-A-Bear in general - $20+ to let my child kiss a heart and step on a pedal as they "build" their stuffed animal that won't get played with? Maybe that's just my kids. I just really don't get the...
Just order a kids meal with an under 3 toy through the drive-through and you'll get far less looks. Although unless you want to be stuck with whatever toy they give you, you'll have to ask if they have the Fraggle Rock books. This is trickier with the drive-through.
I can see how that would be frustrating. Is there a way to contact Creature Works directly an ask if they can add subtitles? I'm sure if they could, they would. Good luck buildling your puppet!
Oh and my eyes must be deceiving me because this is the same shirt I saw on the principal and yet there is no glitter on this shirt - unless she altered hers??? Hmm... that could be fun. :D
