This looks neat. My only question about the collectors book is whether it will come out this year or not. Is there an actual release date? Amazon has changed its page for some reason.

Ryan has done a fantastic job. They couldn't have picked a better performer. And everyone, both children and parents seemed very happy to see Elmo. That is truly the power of the puppet. :laugh:

Everything looks great. The sad part of it is that I was planning to go to NYC this month but had to cancel at the last minute. Oh well, there will be plenty of other Muppet exhibits in the future. :sigh:

I hope that there will be more tributes to Jane in the weeks to come. Maybe something at the Museum of the Moving Image like they had for Jerry Nelson.

She will be greatly missed. Had it not been for her contribution to Jim and the Muppets, there is no telling what we would have now. It is also because of Jane that Jim's legacy has been kept alive so well and vivid in the last 23 years since her husband's passing. This is a sad day for Muppet...

I agree. I thought it seemed a bit rushed as well. But then again, CNN obviously had to squeeze in as much as they could for 60 minutes. As for Fraggle Rock clips, they didn't show any. I have a copy of the special on DV-R.

Right now I am very curious as to who is going to do the narration for the audio version of the book. Also, I would especially like to see a personal review from Frank Oz. I loved his response to Michael Davis' book Street Gang: The Complete History of Sesame Street.

Let's hope that's true. But then again, we should be getting an exact release date in a month or so.

With less than a year to go, Copper Pot must be in the editing stage at this point I guess. Hopefully we will see a release date come Spring. Plus, those of us who donated to the film should get alerts on when our DVD's and Blu-Rays will come. I'm really getting excited about this film. Also...

As soon as the cover art comes out, I will definitely pre-order the book. I would love to see Muppet Central's review of it as well as the upcoming Jim Henson biography.

This is very good news. Although it was announced to have a book like this several years ago, it makes perfect timing now considering the show is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Plus, it will also be coming out around the same time as the Jim Henson Biography. It's going to be a great year for...
