I feel that SW never even released home videos on Blu-ray like Elmo's Alphabet Challenge, The Cookie Thief and so on like they should have in-order for them to be seen in clear HD quality off-line.
It would be nice to convince them to start producing them and for Elmo in Grouchland to get a...
They need to start doing Sesame Street Blu-ray releases since they've never done so in the past so it'll be possible to watch them in HD offline. There's gotta be some way to get them to produce blu-ray like Sony's distributing Fraggle Rock on.
Still, things like this could open up a cornucopia of fraudulent claims.
The company got hit by a lawsuit before if you read this article:

That's why there needs to be a law to require companies like WMG and SW to publish the information about it on their website and be posted on the news articles so we know that it's correct which means no partnership secrets allowed.
You think they should get away with un-announced partnerships or be allowed to make fraudulent claims. No, they shouldn't. Imagine that if you created fan-art, then someone takes it and puts it in their database to claim it so your artwork gets blocked and there's no citation that they're...
This is why companies who claim stuff without ownership should never be kept a secret, but all I could say for now regarding fake claims is to either make a complaint to SW about it doing it without citation to prove their partners with it by calling using their copyright phone number...
What message does it popup when you try to watch the special? If it's the "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by WMG", then it means they sent a DMCA notice to YouTube and he has a strike?
The blocking is done with YouTube's Content ID system.
Found another one that features Herry.
I suspect that he was part of the show which you'll probably find him in a number of episodes even though he's normally a Sesame Street monster.
EDIT: As part of the suspect, this monster is named "Mau" (known as Bad in English).
Good find. Herry there appears to have mop fur instead of his original fuzzy fur and even supports fingers with nails and different palates in his mouth for some reason. It looked like the company got permission from Sesame Workshop to make him like that for the portuguese puppet show. We'll...
I was just asking because we're doing research on the music video including this one. Didn't mean to obsess about it, but I was just wondering and know where it can be found in before anyone can expect it.
As with non-english versions of the song, I think the only appearance of the foreign dub...
Does anyone know if there are episodes that has the full version of We're All Monsters aside from the german co-production where you can see Harvey wondering around at the beginning and see the full ending where the monsters stay closest to the camera longer, but with english audio?
For another...
The only way for them to prove their ownership to the music albums is that you'll have to consult Sesame Workshop to see if they publicly said they're letting it own the songs and have them talk to the lawyer about them if they did not announce the licensing for Warner to do so before they take...
Only real owners can claim music/videos like those and there needs to be proof Warner Music Group has the ownership to the songs on their website, news sites or their blogs.
If some random company/person claims Sesame Street media un-announced like AT&T's child company, that would mean they're...
Try disputing the claim by using one of the guides from this year on how to dispute copyright claims and providing a good reason they need to consider unblocking the video and see what they'll come up with. I don't know if they'll do it though. If not, then have a talk with SesameWorkshop on the...
For that sketch on "Elmo has a problem and Vadhir Derbez helps you solve Sesame Friends", there's something weird there and the puppeteirs modified "Sorbet" with blue hair above his eyes and used a magenta nose instead of the usual light turquoise. He looks almost like the AM Monster named...
