I hate when these "animal feeding on prey" videos get recommended to me on YouTube because usually curiosity gets the best of me and I end up watching them... and then all these assholes in the comments praising the victor (usually a snake lol)... well, I hope they're lucky enough to be the prey...
People probably think I'm stupid for posting that, but in the context of the thread it sounded totally serious.
omg, this witch looks exactly like the one from Peppermint Park.
Any truth to this? I read it on reddit yesterday:
We obviously know the first two as true, but the last two sound like unintentionally hilarious takes on serious subjects.
Let me just say I got info from someone who has way more sway on this episode than anyone on the forum (and probably anyone else in general tbh): the reason the episode is not being released is because of the scare factor, not rights. I was told not to say anything, so I cannot elaborate beyond...
Here's Stephanie elaborating on the legality of the episode (and any other celebrity appearances for that matter [hence, why they probably made it a point to show them at the event]):
So in reality it's just a horrendous combination of rights, scaring young kids and not being educational...
Good... that's what I suspected.
Scott threw everyone for a loop when he said it wasn't banned, which it clearly was -- I've just heard way too many conflicting reports on why this can't be released, which yours seems the most plausible.
I know it literally makes no diifference, but I wasn't there nor recorded any audio, but I care way too much about this episode to not spread the word.
I still don't understand the big deal: so it's a rights issue? Would Sesame Workshop honestly get in any trouble if the entire episode leaked...
I've been talking to gav on discord... he's got a lot to say about the event, so I'll let him do so when he comes around... what I will say is Big Bird uses a bat and hockey stick to protect Hooper's from the witch. 😂 They showed the last three street scenes of that episode, Cracks, one divorce...
It's already been shown... they showed the last three street scenes. Gavry will tell the details when he comes around. I'll make a short post in the event thread.
