Attention all BBBH fans -- Word at Disney is that in 2007 there will be a Bear 10th Anniversary Celebration, with a relaunch of the shows (maybe on PBS?), more DVDs, an album, and maybe even a movie and traveling show! Go Tutter!

Johnny Fiama and Sal, and Bear in the Big Blue House, will appear Monday, September 6 for the Jerry Lewis Telethon. Johnny and Sal will be performing their usual hilarious antics, while Bear will be performing a brand-new song. As they say: "check your local listings."

Guys, Disney paid over 50 million to own Bear in the Big Blue House -- more than they paid for Kermit and friends, actually. Obviously, you don't pay out that kind of cash if you're not going to continue to grow the franchise. Disney is a huge company with many departments, egos, budgets...

Jerry will continue to perform the Count on Sesame Street, but there were auditions this week for his other characters (with Jerry's blessing). No word yet on who will be doing what.

Did anyone catch the reference to the "CTW puppeteer" who was featured in the Vows (wedding) section of the New York Times on The Sopranos? (The context is that to get profiled in the highly coveted Vows section, you need a gimick, like being a Sesame Street puppeteer). Very funny!

Cheryl has a daughter and I believe John has two daughters. Lisa has a son -- not sure if there are any more. Neither Brian nor Heather have kids.
