Telly and Baby Bear Catch a Firefly: 4165

I really liked this episode and just couldn't get enough of all the neat little things that happened. I really loved that it was taken place close to night time. I think there really need to be some morning episodes. I would love to see The Count redo the whole counting all the lights like he did in that older episode. But really liked this one.

Well my DVR showed that it recored the newest episode but didn't do it. I'm really P.OD. I was so hoping to record everyone of these episodes without having to miss one. Now i did. I would have really liked to have seen this one. Now i have to wait. Oh well. *sits by his TV and waits*

I was able to see some of this epiosde in the motel room, so here are my thoughts:

The Goods:
-The street story was very sweet, though I missed the ending.
-The face of the kid that had total faith in Telly made me laugh.
-Dispite being a repeat, it was nice to see Abby's "I Like Words" song.
-Although I chose to not watch Murray's segment, when I did watch some of it, I heard him say something funny while batting. ("We want a pitcher, not a belly itcher.")
-Great to see more Cecille
-I like that Austin Powers voice Marty used in the 16 sgment
-Nice to see Prairie Dawn's "All By Myself", though not the original, it was the 2001 remake. And, did anyone notice a new scene transition they used before that? It had a cutout car (like in the opening theme) driving down the road, and it zoomed in on a tree, where the segment started.

The Bads:
-I really hate that "Jumpin' J" animation; this is like the 4th consecutive year they've used it!
-There were a lot of scene transitions. I liked it better last season where the segments cut to each other, like in the olden days.
-Did the puppet builders forget what Norm looked like? He didn't have his big, green nose, but a small pink one.

Today's ep was ok. Nothing new though. For me, Prairie Dawn stole the show with singing all by myself. Best part.

Huh? Problem? C'mon... You know that's SST's MO for the new season. I even posted so at the end of last week. We get PremiereWeek, this year scheduled for August 11 2008, with a full five new season's episodes. The week after that they start one episode a repeat from seasons past and then one new episode from the current season. Yes, I too got Episode 4133 yesterday, but that's par for the course. And tomorrow I suspect Episode 4134 will air, with Episode 4168 on Friday.

Just chillax dude.
