I think I mentioned to you all that my doctor suggested that I go through physical therapy. (I get dizzy often & and off balance a lot) So I go 3 x a week. I need to go at 8:45 in the morning! My butt isn't usually out of bed til 10!(the rest of me isn't either...just had to stick that in. )
Thank goodness the physical therapists are nice. The exercises? Not so much! I do leg lifting(which isn't toobad.) Then standing still with my eyes open ,and then closed BOTH are tough! I'm always so afraid I'll fall frontwards or backwards.Luckily the physical therapist has one hand in front of me & one in back.Well,to cut it short,I do a lot of stuff standing up. To test how dizzy I get I need to sit down & move my head each way (I'm lucky I'm not told to turn my head in a full circle!LOL!) But after that I do get dizzy.
I don't know which makes me more tired;the fact that I exercise a lot there or the fact that I need to get up so flippin' early! Ah well...like the old saying goes:No pain no gain.
Now if you'll excuse me I...... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
