Without the aid of a lawyer, all I can really do is to ask or tell them to take it down. I think the website will probably do so if I contact them.

But it is important that I make defense noises of my intellectual property rights so I won't be accused later by some other pirate that I didn't actively attempt to retain them.

Go figure, they can acually say my not defending my rights to my property gives them the right to pirate it. That's completely untrue, of course, but it would end up costing another day's worth of legal fees to sort it out.

Well, if somebody is going to benefit from MY work, why can't I benefit from theirs?

Many of you folks wanted to see it, and this seems like a very convenient way to let you do so. And I didn't have to lift a finger except to copy and paste the URL.

Although what they did was intrinsically wrong, I'm glad I was able to share the show with you guys.

When those dvds go on sale you soooo have my money! I loved it... actually laughed out loud (LOL) to a few scenes... I am offically a fan. The t-shirts are being jotted down on my list to Santa as we speak...

Congratulations on a VERY well-crafted work (in ALL aspects from design to writing to performance to directing)! Your production values were very high and I can see the sort of careful attention to small details that really distinguish this work, and raise it to another level.

Your post-production is top notch, too (I didn't see any real dialog looping issues you had mentioned you were forced to do because of some live audio recording bugs).

The format and premise of this piece is wonderful and really lends itself well to an episodic series. I could even see this going in a sort of MST-3k direction... only with much shorter clips that will be commented on (like your hilarious Star Trek sketch).

It would be great if you get the seed money and backing to produce this as a web series (with sponsors) or if Comedy Central bites on it (and they SO should) so it could be shown and enjoyed by a much wider audience. In spite of the obvious stomping on your IP rights, I am very glad you clued us in this illegal upload so that we could take a peek.

I'm very glad I peeked and look forward to someday seeing this in the format it is intended, or at least buying the DVD set when it is released.
