Yeah, "Deep Space Homer" is the one where he smuggles the potato chips aboard the shuttle, and he floats around to "The Blue Danube" when the bag bursts open, pursuing each chip...until he crashes into an ant colony.
"Homer Goes to College" is the one where, in order to keep his job at the power plant, Homer must attend college. Naturally every college rejects him, until Mr. Burns uses his influence. Once Homer gets his acceptance letter, he cheerfully burns his high school diploma.
Woo-hoo! I'm a college man! I won't need my high school diploma anymore! (sets the diploma hanging on the wall on fire, and dances) I am so smart! I am so smart! S-M-R-T! I mean, S-M-A-R-T!
On the first day of classes, Homer explains the rules to Marge.
Marge, try to understand. There are two kinds of students. Jocks and nerds. As a jock, it is my duty to give nerds a hard time.
The dean of the college is a cool, likeable fellow, but Homer assumes him to be crusty and mean, due to the kind of sophomoric college films he's been watching. Ultimately, he runs over the dean with his car, and later, while visiting him in his hospital room, Homer apologizes for his "prank."
Homer's roommates/tutors are a trio of nerds. But Homer takes a liking to them, and attempts to take them on a "traditional" college road trip (which goes awry) and kidnapping a rival school's mascot, a pig named Sir Oinks A Lot, whom they get drunk. The pig happens to be a friend of Richard Nixon's, and the ex-president angrily threatens Homer, "you'll pay...don't think you won't pay!"
Despite extensive tutoring, Homer flunks his exam, but his buddies change his grade.
Marge: An A+! How did you do it?
Homer: Oh, let's just say I had a little help from a little magic box.
Marge: You changed your grade with a computer?
Homer: D'oh!
Random quote from this episode:
Homer: The bee bit my bottom! Now my bottom's big!
As for "Rosebud," it's full of memorable quotes.
Smithers: The preparations for your birthday have begun.
Burns: I won't get what I really want.
Smithers: No one does.
(Smithers imagines Mr. Burns popping out of a giant cake, wearing nothing but a sash)
Burns (singing seductively): Happy birthday, Mr. Smithers!
(At Burns's party, the Ramones sing "Happy Birthday" to Burns in their own way. At the end of their performance, Burns is offended)
Burns: Have the Rolling Stones killed!
Smithers: But sir, those aren't--
Burns: Do as I say!
(Then there's Homer's stand-up act)
Homer: Are you ready to laugh? I said, are you ready to laugh?
Audience Member: Quiet, you awful man!
Homer: You know, Mr. Burns is so cheap--
Burns: What?
Homer: I mean...Mr. Burns is so old--
Burns: How dare you!
Homer: Here's an impression of Mr. Burns that I think you'll find a little cheeky! (Homer turns his back to the audience, and pulls down his pants; his bottom has a face drawn on it) I'm Mr. Burns! Blah blah blah! Do this, do that! Blah blah blah! I think I'm so big! Blah blah blah!
(After his performance is a failure, Homer glumly sits with his family)
Homer: I'll never wiggle my bare butt in public again.
Lisa: I'd like to believe that this time. I really would.
Random quote from this episode:
Homer: Mmmm...64 slices of American cheese!
