Aw sorry about that. I didn't mean it; I was just frustrated by certain issues. I do think overall it's very important and our responsibility to stay informed.

That's okay, heralde, I understand.

I think the problem is (and this is strange coming from me) that in some cases there's an information overload. Because of 24-hour news networks and the Internet, we're bombarded with so much information all at once.

Personally, I find that I get a more complete version of a story from a newspaper than from the Internet. But that's just me.

So you can take a break from watching the news for a while. But keep reading the paper!
