Sadly sometimes is does. It also leaves limited space, so not ever thing is going to get the exposure it deserves. as well.
Agreed. This explains why "Get Smart" is getting a movie deal, despite the fact that the series hasn't be on TV lately.

Yeah, I saw the trailer for "Get Smart," and I might want to catch it over the summer (time permitting). Never saw the original show but when I was a kid, I loved to watch "Inspector Gadget." Rest in peace, Don Adams.

The problem is that we don't need "Get Smart" to turn into another "Inspector Gadget".

True, but I trust Steve Carell's comedic sensibilities a lot more than Matthew Broderick.

If only Don Adams were not dead and young again... Seriously, he WAS both Inspector Gadget and Maxwell Addams in my book!

I had a question about him once in Academic Bowl. Name an actor who was in both a classic TV show and a cartoon. I didn't know Don Adams was in both, but as I was pondering the question, the voice similarity suddenly occured to me, and I got it right! Lol

Another clip from Muppets Go to the Movies! Featuring Scooter as Dudley Moore's announcer in a Roman epic, lol.

"Cause 'Great Dudley' would sound silly? !" Lol

I loved Dudley in this clip btw, "The name of Caesar will endure forever. My salads will conquer the world!" It's such an old joke now, but he still manages to make it charming, lol.

This is really the height of the Muppets, they had such verbal wit, coming from their vaudeville roots.

Lou: We who are about to die salute you!

Dudley: Nicely put!

Plus, Gonzo calling out Beauregard's name, I always love when characters speak to other characters their puppeteer performs.
