That joke about Caesar salad was too good (or bad) to pass up, and I liked the chariots being drawn by sharks, chickens and rats. The guys in the trenches must have all had a bad case of the giggles during that scene.

And incidently I love that Janice's "favorite flick of all time" is the Wizard of Oz, it's like she's speaking for Jim (who also adored the film). Somehow I can just picture Janice reading the book to the band one night. In her own unique way of course, hehe.

Also have to take a moment to praise Rowlf in this scene, "Don't adjust your sets, folks!" He kinda reminds me of Ernie there, lol. Of course until he gets annoyed at Fufu, lol.

Speaking of Fufu, Frank really understands comedy, the way he has Piggy say, "It's allright, it's allright, Fufu, ah haha!" LOL Piggy's a parody of a woman, but you still take her seriously enough so she's not completely absurd or insulting.

Yes... But remember that was the Judy Garland Hollywoodized version of The Wizard of Oz. Which is why MWoO strayed and didn't get so much rave reviews, they decided to follow the book instead, despite Dr. Teeth's warnings against that when performing Alice in Wonderland at the theater with Brooke Shields years before. You know, I rather liked MWoO for how they presented the story, sticking more to the book format. Sure, some of it was a bit questionable at times... And perhaps the human element of Dorothy could've been better casted and better handled so that she meshed well with the Muppets... But I give it a passing grade overall.

Well I do understand and I am glad that MWoO tried to be more loyal to the book. But I still wasn't satisfied with it. Still too many of those jaded and cruel jokes that are out of character and keep popping up in modern Muppet productions. Still, I thought it was better than MFS and VMMC. I actually enjoyed the female lead and didn't have a problem with her. And a major highlight was seeing Scooter again, Rickey Boyd did a very good job. As I think I said in an earlier post, Scooter lived once more!

Still, I don't want to get into that debate too much, we'll be here all night, hehe. And there is some good in everything, even the things we don't like.

I had a question about him once in Academic Bowl. Name an actor who was in both a classic TV show and a cartoon. I didn't know Don Adams was in both, but as I was pondering the question, the voice similarity suddenly occured to me, and I got it right! Lol

I just noticed that while reading the Review for the Muppet show season three, that in the Purina dog food commercial and Baskerville's eyes look like some body awfully familiar.
