Yay, I was fortunate enough to find The Tale of the Bunny Picnic in my video rental store the other day!

I don't know how many people have seen the special. I loved it, it's sweet and has a great message. It seems it's always getting picked on, like its lead actor Bean Bunny, for being just a little too darn cute. The Tough Pigs forum I believe had a thread about it arguing "How cute is too cute?" (Which was actually rather amusing!)

Well I agree the special is on the cute side, they practically throw it at you from the very beginning, "In a meadow not too far from here, there lived a large number of little bunnies!" (Aww). Though it's defintiely not as disgustingly cute as say, the Care Bears (though I like them too!). Plus it does have its upsetting and humorous moments too.

Richard's character Lugsy is sort of half cute/half tough guy which is probably the only reason he agreed to be part of the "cute little bunny project." lol

Too right; Richard does not seem to be fond of doing "cute and cuddly."

Guys, heads up. I just got an e-mail from Amanda. Yes, as in Richard's niece. She's working on a project for her grandmother, and she'd like us to send in pictures for it. I fired back a message to ask for additional details - I think she's looking for photos of us, but I needed to check that out - and I'm all for it. So what do you say?

By the by - Richard's quilt isn't posted on the AIDS quilt web site yet, but there's a block up there containing the names. It disappeared for a while, but now it's back. So shouldn't be too long now.

I did notice that the quilt panel disapeared, glad it's back.

That's great that you got the email! Though, I'm not sure about my personally sending a photo in, since I'm kinda paranoid about the Internet and all. I'll think about it. But even if I can't, please tell her I'll help in any other way I can and I still send my best wishes.

Ooh... Do you know more about the project Amanda's working on? Would rully like to know. And is this for just the RHLC'ers? Or is it for all of Richard's fans/Muppets fans/MC folk?
Would like to know, so if you hear from her again, please ask on our collective behalf. Thanks.

It's okay, heralde - I just heard from Amanda again and got some more details.

She is looking for photos of Richard himself, or photos/pictures of items people have made/done/written about or for Richard (and yes, that photo of the quilt I sent to her did make it through). This includes fan art, drawings, collages, computer art, maybe a poem or something. Anything pretty much done as a tribute. And she says anyone who's interested can send them off to her e-mail address, asmith4u@msn.com.

Ah, ok I can do that. I've definitely seen photos on the web. And other people have made things here. Did she say there was a deadline? Lol, I feel like I'm in school!

But anyway, sounds like a cool idea!

Hmm, no, she hasn't said anything about a deadline or anything. But I can check, if you want.

He's cute ain't he! I love him so much, and we're officially engaged! *flashes off her silver ring* ...I wish I'd thought to take a picture of my ring. Oh well, another day another...well, I'd say "another roll of film" but it's a digital camera. So ya know what I mean guys.

Love ya'll! Hope you enjoy the funny face as much as I did. I might even take a small video of us together. So you can hear both of us together. And watch him do my favorite thing. The Dr. Wily Expression. *laughs out loud*
