Jerry often skips syllables when he moves the puppet's mouth. For example, if he had the Count to say "Welcome to my castle", the mouth might move on "Wel to castle". In a way, it also emphasizes Nelson's wonderful voice.Squigiman said:Wow, that's crazy! I wonder what it is about the puppetry that makes it seem so noticeably him.
It also doesn't hurt if you've watched him on TV a couple hundred times, as I've seemed to have been doing.
