I set my alarm for 7am, and I got a good eight hours of sleep, but when 7 actually hit, my body was like "Nope nope NOPE nOpE" and I couldn't make myself get up AT ALL. So I just ended up sleeping for another 3 hours.
Been there myself. Honestly I sometimes find I have trouble just getting out of bed that it's like 3 in the afternoon I actually get out.
lazy people problems.
I’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed by thinking about learning how to drive. First of all, I have to take a test before I can even go to driving school! Then the driving part itself! That’s not all, my mom has been pressuring me to get started! She always feels the need to rub it it in that I need to learn! She actually has to leave work sometimes just to pick me up and then go back to work! Sometimes it feels like she hates doing that! Whenever she brings driving up, I get so annoyed. I get why I need to drive, but she doesn’t need to rub it in my face! Also, I’m scared to learn how to drive! I’ve been having mini anxiety attacks because of this!
Pretty much echoing the other posts, driving is an essential in life if you want to live in suburban areas.
The key thing I've learned is, just practice enough to the point where you feel comfortable merging on a highway. And when it comes to the actual tests, it also helps to dig around reviews to see what other's experiences with the instructors at your local dmv was like (doesn't hurt to try somewhere else).
The first guy I had at my local one was a very big guy with a drill seargent appearance that had the vibe that he'll bite your head off if things don't go his way (he turned out to be SUPER picky with your mistakes. Literally. Make one? You fail).
I ended up travelling west of my state to get my license and bam! Got my license!
The key thing is, just don't rush it. Take all the time you need.
