So, yes, I'll admit, I've had my bad days with video editing, but uhh....

Am I the only one who honestly finds editing videos to be therapeutic from time to time?
You should've been around in my college days of film editing.
Here's the hi-tech equipment at your disposal:
An ancient Movieola machine
Scotch tape
Razor blade.
Now create your masterpiece.

As primitive as it seems now, cutting up Super 8 or 16mm film, this was my therapy. My partner (we made six films in one semester, and acted in each other's film while we operated the camera). We cranked out one gem after another, that class was fantastic.
Our professor was a filmmaker named Mickey Siporin, who supplied a number of films to Nick (Turkey TV) and Sesame Street ( good pals with Jim Thurman).
That semester was pure gold.
