Well I mean, I didn't really know or heard of Michaud until all this came to light, but in reading and listening about it all, it's easy to get the impression that Michaud is a lazy, arrogant, spiteful, vengeful, and vindictive bum who looks for even the smallest infraction to scold and chew employees out for.

Whether they are or not, those are basically what those who have contributed to that 70+ page list of grievances are saying, but as I said, the more I read and think about it (including some former CA producers saying they felt like they were walking targets for Michaud to lash out at for tiny infractions) is reminding more and more of what became of TV Tropes.
