SelfCare Tip Of The Day #2: Run! It's good for the heart and good for mental health. I've found that just going outside and running gives me more energy throughout the rest of the day, it keeps my mind alert, and puts me in a better mood

After the death of one of my favorite actors on Monday, I got some great news. My friend and I are finally going to Dunkin' Donuts together.
