As far as Italian goes, pretty much anything pasta-related, it's like my biggest weakness. As far as Chinese goes, usually anything chicken, though one Chinese buffet in my town has a baked shrimp dish I could marry.

Not now I don't.

When I was a kid, I had a cannibalistic goldfish (no, really), and as a teenager I had bunnies: I had a pair of bunnies that ended up getting killed by a neighbor's dog (the dog killed one, then days later ate the other), then I had another pair - one was accidentally killed by the other when it was trying to mate with it, then other was stolen months later. Then much later, I had Tommie (who you've seen in some of my YouTube videos).
