Let's have huevos rancheros for breakfast, then later carne y frijoles in a mole sauce.

Note- not mole, those subterranean rodents. Mole is a sauce made from tomatoes, peppers, spices....and chocolate.

In fairness though, Mark Knopfler (lead singers of Dire Straits who actually performed the guitar on a few of the songs from "Land of Dreams") makes the song a bit country-ish with the guitar riffs of his.
