You know who had a healthcare plan? Richard Nixon. It's so shocking. The right has gone that far to the right that even the Dems aren't as liberal as Nixon. Heck, Watergate's like a normal Tuesday to a politician now. In retrospect, Nixon wasn't a bad guy, and I hate saying that.

Of course...

and I mean sore losers, so much so in fact that they created a radical third party - Tea Baggers - simply because they hate Obama so much
Here's the thing. They weren't really a third party. Had the Tea Party been a legit third party, it would have split the vote between Republicans and far right Republicans. Sort of like how the far left voted for Ralph Nader in 2000 instead of sucking it up and going with Gore, fitting him nicely in a margin of error (and some of them are still darn proud of it  ). HOWEVER, if there's one thing about Republican voters, it's their painful loyalty to their party. If a Democratic candidate isn't all that great, liberal voters will vote for some pie in the sky leftist that wouldn't have an ice cube's chance on the sun of getting elected, but conservatives will vote for whoever's in front of them. Otherwise, the far right would vote for Conservative Libertarian candidates, thus splitting that vote.

And frankly, that's why we have a two party theory. We're both supposed to move to the middle. Conservatives and liberals are supposed to be more moderate and that's where mainstream candidates are supposed to fit in. Instead, everyone moves further to the right. Obama was pretty conservative for a traitorous commie socialist, as was Clinton. Unfortunately, we don't get any moderates from the right anymore because of the Tea Party and their terrible "outsider" candidates. And it also means the moderate conservatives had to pander directly to them and make them heroes instead of a far right group that we should have ignored. Heck, we ignore the far left all the time (can't blame them).

Trump is a personification of all the far right bull that's been flung around since Bush got in there. We have those who want to clean up history books so that they're full of American Exceptionalism. Because if there's one thing we don't want is from kids to learn the nation's mistakes so we can make them again...isn't that the point of history by the way? So we don't do awful stuff? We have the party actively sabotaging the voting rights of those they know vote for the other party. Just disgusting stuff all around. And I get it. Republicans don't like being called hateful bumpkins or slimy Gordon Gecko types. So why aren't they doing anything to distance themselves from their party's extremists? I distance myself the heck out of the far leftists. I hate Captain Planet and Bill Maher. It's time for both parties to meet at the center, the right more so.

So a skyscraper in India is burning, and, why of course it's Obama's fault. Why? Because the Reps said so.

If D'ump is naming Palin as his running mate, he is twice the idiot that I thought he was.
