    MuppetDude, I would like these:

1706 (1 sketch is edited out) - Did Noggin edit this one sketch out?
    1707
    1708
    1736
    1740

Please email me for my trade list. I have plenty to give you in return, make no mistake about that.

    *Sigh* I feel so bad...

First, I didn't get finished with my first post.

Second, when I say a sketch is edited out, I mean from my copy because I already have the sketch on tape. From #1576 I edited out the "Ernie's Rhyming Game" sketch and from #1706 it's the "Ernie and Bert Go to Egypt" sketch.

Plus, I recently copied episode 1092 and found out that the sound is not very good, and the picture's okay, but not perfect. So here's the run-down if anyone *still* interested....

    #1092
    --What I said above
    #1093
    #1094
    #1575
    #1576
--Same as 1092, but with the one sketch edited out
    #1706
--About 4-6 minutes will be like 1092/1576, and the one sketch edited out
    #1707
    #1708
    #1736
--The episode is missing about 5 minutes at the end
    #1740
--Part of the ending credits is missing

    *Sigh*........Anybody still interested?

muppetdude: do you have "t for toes" on any of those tapes? I'll pay good $$ and my right arm for it.
  6. Boober_Gorg

In that case, MuppetDude, I'll take one tape, with #1707 and #1708, recorded in SP.

To discuss the further details regarding this transaction, I suggest we stay in contact via email from here on.

Sorry, Lord_Morgoth, I don't have the clip, although that right arm sounds tempting... :D

What did Noggin edit out of episode one?
  12. MuppetDude

    MuppetDude Active Member

I've never seen the Noggin edit, but from what I've heard it's a part of the "Kids Play Follow the Leader" film. Noggin shows the "around the clothesline" part, but I've read around here that they edit out the "through the pipe" (Jimmy, the little boy in the clip, goes around and falls into a pile of trash) and "over the sawhorse" (where Jimmy goes under, and gets a bucket of water poured onto his head!) parts.

And for Prickle747; the message is in the mail. :D

I should note that episode 1092 sounds bad because my copy is a Hi-Fi copy, and will sound muffled if played on a non-Hi-Fi VCR. It will sound good if I copy it using another Hi-Fi VCR...which I can. ;)

    Hello,

I'm searching desperately for episodes of SS that aired in the 1970s and 80s. I don't care which ones they are, or what skits they have. I'm pregnant, and I just want my child to be able to share in something that meant so much to me when I was little. I don't have any episodes to trade but I do have the original cast album of Sesame Street, the album of "Grover Sings The Blues" and the album of "Ernie's Greatest Hits" all of which I can burn to cd (I also have "Alien Nation", "The X Files" and "The Lone Gunmen" if anyone wanted that) and because this is an endeavor I'm undertaking for my child, I'm really not looking to become a tape trader--I just want a few tapes that show something other than Elmo and that were filmed in a way and with a storytelling style that's different than the current series is done. If anyone can help, please email me.

    Thank you!!!!

    Nikole

    Wow...

I'd like to trade with all of you, but (don't hate me for this) I'd like to trade with Mikealan first since he has a wide variety of episodes. Besides, he's been wanting to trade with me too, but we never get around to it! Mainly because I can't e-mail him. Mikealan, how can I get in touch with you? I'd like to tell you what I'd like to trade in an e-mail or a new forum message, but you always seem to disappear. Tell me how I can get into contact with you.
