    it doesn't... its a bootleg, i just saw it at the local spot for bootlegs. same 12 episodes offered. you can pick it up at ontherunvideo.com and similar sites or sell.com is cheaper than ebay, but it isn't a legit boxset so be careful

    also, on sites like ioffer.com you can find a boxset of ALL episodes, still the same unauthorized style though.
