Why no matter what happens in one day the news fits perfectly into the newspaper?

Why are people IN a movie, but ON TV?

Why is Donkey Kong called 'Donkey' if he's a monkey?

Isn't a 'good book' just a poor excuse for not watching television?

Is it possible for someone to write an unauthorized autobiography?

Why is it that when we were young and broke we'd pay any amount of money to get into a club yet when older and established we're less willing to go someplace with a cover charge?

My most recent thoughts are:

If you can say you're a humble person, are you really?

and

If you say, "I'd kill to own __?__," what's the use? You'll be in jail afterwards!

One of the best comedians to come up with meditation questions like you've suggested,is Gallagher. Here are a few of his classics:

  • We can drive on a parkway, and park on a driveway.
  • Why does a cowboy wear 2 spurs,if one side of the horse goes,so does the other?
  • Why are they called cowboys? Cows are girls, bulls are boys.
  • When yogurt goes bad,how can you tell?
  • Three rights make a left.
(all I can think of for now, will come up with some more, when I'm more awake, lol)

That one actually bothers me!

This reminds me of the Confused Philosopher segments on the Air Farce.

One that I've read somewhere is, Why do banks leave their doors open but chain the pens to the desks?

  • What makes jello wiggle and giggle?
  • Why are turned-down corners in a book called 'dog ears'?Why not elephant ears?
  • Why are antennas called 'rabbit-ears',and not ears of another animal?
  • Why are earings called 'earings',most of them are loops and posts, not rings?
  • Why are drivers giving the 'right-of-way' not the 'left-of-way'?
