It's been years since I saw Muppets Tonight on a regular basis. And a while back, I saw the Tony Bennett episode, and I need to know some more info about Johnny and Sal's talk show, as I will be using this concept in a future T*K*O episode.

Off the top of my head, Johnny did what Clifford called a "Letterman rip-off" including the "Top Ten Reasons that Chicks Dig Me" of which number 1 was "My monkey body guard is there to flick away the flies."
I think that there was also an outtake from this segment at the end of the show in which Johnny and Sal were shown flicking their hair...
