For Christmas this year, my friend recieved every episode of the Muppet Show on DVD. Is this only available through the TimeLife offer? Or can it be purchased online or in a store?

They are in fact the Time/Life releases but you are mistaken about them having every episode. There's 15 DVD's out right now meaning 45 episodes; but, there are actually 120 episodes total.

You can get volumes 1-10 for $100 and 11-15 for $100 on the Time/Life website. The other option is to sign up to get one sent to you every month.

Right now I've only been able to get volumes 1 and 2 at generic retail stores (I got them at Target).

Sadly they only see fit to put two to three episodes on dvd, when clearly they could put wayyyy more than that on there *cough* ripping off fans *cough*

Exactly! They put Simpsons, for example, by the entire SEASON, for like $40! And then there's Twilight Zone (which I also collect) and those are 4 episodes to a DVD, but they only cost $10 per volume, so it's NOWHERE as bad.
