Zoot Question

I know this has been widely discussed, and forgive me if I missed it in the many posts that I've been reading through.... BUT is there somewhere that is selling the Zoot variant WITHOUT buying it in a collection package or playing "chance" cards of getting it through other vendors?

The Zoot repaint will be like the Floyd repaint, meaining one per case. The cases for Series 2 will break down like this:

3 x Fozzie
3 x Gonzo
3 x Crazy Harry
3 x Floyd (2 Regulars & 1 Repaint)

So you should see him on the shelves. A company like TRU that orders many cases, will therefore have many repaint Floyds. Shouldn't have too much trouble getting him. Won't be nearly as scarce as, say, WW Dr. Teeth.

This is also the plan for Zoot in Series 3; however, as you all know, things have a tendency to change. Hope this vague answer helps some!!

Wow, maybe that was too easy. Either that or I underestimate the power of Simpsons' fans to spit out random lines from any episode on command. Huh...

Anyway, to answer kmcphoto's question, yes there will be a Zoot repaint. He will be packed one per case with 2 regular Zoots, 3 Tuxedo Rowlfs, 3 Scooters, and 3 Lew Zealands. That is the plan as it stands now, and I would say that it's 98% certain that's the way it will go down.
