Youtube "muppetcentral" account inquiry

I was wondering if anyone here either created this Youtube account or knows who did. It looks like it’s gone unused and hasn’t been accessed in awhile. I appreciate any insight anyone can share. Thanks.

I just checked on youtube. An account was created in 2006 but there's nothing on there. The person who created it was 26.

And they're from the UK. Apart from what little is written on their profile though, no idea.
