Your Thoughts: Muppets Live at the Hollywood Bowl September 8-10, 2017

Well Peter really lucked out he has two great characters to work on and develop. I'm not to upset with the recasting of Lips even though he is A Steve original character. Truth is untill the ABC show Steve did not really do much with him. So it will be interesting to see if Peter develops him any further.
Also it was ME who first suggested Eric for the Newsman. I think it's going to be an interesting thing to watch with these classic characters being recasted. I love Steve dearly, but it's obviously clear that the Muppets have moved on to bigger and maybe even better things without him

I know it was just the first night but it seems like this was a huge win for the Muppets!

I just watched a clip of Matt singing Rainbow Connection...

It finally clicked. That moment of recognition I had been hoping for finally occurred. Matt is Kermit the Frog and with the right choices, he's going to be amazing. I'm still going to be Steve's right-hand fan, but I'm going to support Matt just as equally.

And I'm totally not writing this through tears...nope...not at all.

Agree wholeheartedly. I had the same reaction. It was a "YES!!!" moment.

And it sure is dusty in here, isn't it?
