Oh, and the top menu is now disabled every time I open my browser.

the top menu being disabled is a flash thing. most browsers are now automatically blocking flash. chrome wont even save your flash settings anymore. you have to manually allow flash for every website every time to start the browser again. There are workarounds depending on the browser

When are you going to stop forcing things to be a maximum of 768px wide? It looks weird having all that empty space on either side of the forum.
