Along with the instrumental version of Rest In Peace, I presume Hallways of Doom and Doin' The Bride Slide also come from Muppets Haunted Mansion?

From Muppet Monster Adventure, Beware Of The Warebare (SP?), Croak Lahoma, Grave Matter, and Muck Monster Boss?

So where do Arabian Frights and Molten Mayhem come from?

As you said, "Rest In Peace" is from Muppets Haunted Mansion.

All the others you mentioned including "Arabian Frights" and "Molten Mayhem" are from the Muppet Monster Adventure PlayStation soundtrack composed by the great Michael Giacchino.
