A massive thanks to Phil for sending the pupils. It was an easy job to change the pupils and now my Gonzo is complete, well almost. im gonna paint the lip pink and then hel be done. Not many pics from the UK yet? Come on boys and girls.

I think he looks great, the trousers are too short but can be hidden when photographing, would love to get a black suit for him!

Hey ,
Hope you're all having a good weekend, firstly , A huge thanks to Lab Rat for sending out the pupils, really appreciate your time and effort put into sending those out to many of us on here. I'm gonna have a go at carefully replacing the pupils tomorrow, taking on board Reevz1977's comments on how long it can take to get it absolutely spot on. But really, thanks again Lab Rat, top guy!

And Chris, your pics of Kermit might just be the best pics i've ever seen posted of the replica Kermit, great idea to dress him up in Gonzo's tux, a few clothes clips should sort out that bagginess, so what are you planning on dressing Gonzo up in next? Look forward to seeing more pics, really great shots.

Hmmm. We'll see, but there might be some Gonzo pictures coming from me soon if today's excursion works out.

However, Kev is in the city today! If the infamous mule is handy I might just get a fantastic shot!

Nope. These posers are beautiful, but they are stuffed articulated doll forms (for lack of a better term) of the characters. I believe that Disney nixed the idea of having puppets in order to protect their investment in the Muppet franchise. Smart move on their part, but disappointing to some fans. To conclude - no puppet openings on these replicas.

I'm personally a little glad that nobody can have an official replica puppet of the Muppet characters due to the high esteem I hold the puppeteers and the Muppet mystique. The fact that we have posers is incredible. It does make me feel weird sometimes after spotting some photos out there with Kermit exhibiting unKermit-like behavior.

Nonetheless, these are worth having! I have always dreamt of such a product.
