I think it's been said that a Mickey/Donald/Goofy theatrical movie is in the works.
Last I heard, it had been given the green light for development. Whether or not it gets the full production green light has yet to be seen.

I hope it does get made, though.

That's good. These characters really need something better than that preschool show. I dislike the fact that it's a Dora clone and that Mickey looks wonky in CGI, but at least it brought them back... with Ludwig and Pete too. Still, I really wish someone at Disney would make a fully animated in 2-d traditionaloid (Pooh style) version of Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck. I mean, they tried to cram the whole thing into a 22 episode of Ducktales, so a 90 minute movie wouldn't be such a stretch.

I liked the Ducktales movie we had, it seemed like one of those anime movies based off the TV versions with the weird one off plot, but it would be great to see Scrooge's regular antagonists hit the big screen.
