Wario and Walugi were always my favorite because of their stupidity. But I love Bowser because he's just so... mean!

Yeah, Bowser was definately really scary. As a kid being baby-sat, I used to be really good at the original Super Mario bros (the one that comes with Duck Hunt) but I used to pause right before I got to Bowser on the castle levels because it was scary, and I'd give the controller to one of the older kids.

I always thought the 3 headed snake, Triclyde was freaky but neat. As well as Mouser, the Koopas, the cactus Pokey, and Lemmy Koopa who balances himself on a circus ball.

I also liked how the animated series dealt with mouser, Triclyde, and the koopa Kids in AOSMB3 as well.
