Was Size Small Canadian?

Oh, PolkaDot Door. Haha, It was so odd the way the hosts would talk to Humpty and Dumpty, Marigold and Bear. "What's that Marigold? You want to do the Hokey Pokey??"
"The Polka Dot Door
the Polka Dot Door
See you soon at the Polka Dot door
With songs and stories and so much more (doo doo doo doo doo)
At the Polka Dot Door."

Don't remember the cat, but the mouse sounds familiar. They had a grandfather clock in the room, so Hickory Dickory, it just made sense I guess.
