  • You compare aspects of your life to the Muppets. Surprisingly, despite the fact that I was in a production of Peter Pan (a fact that I will keep bringing up for a while), my brain didn't make any connections to the Muppet version.
  • You have turned down real relationships because you have a crush on a Muppet (if you've done this, please get help. It's not healthy.)
  • You sing Muppet songs or make Muppet references at inappropriate times (I will either have a giggling fit or start talking in "meeps" if a Beaker is mentioned in science class, I'll start singing if you mention "the lovers" or "rainbows" or even ask a question starting with "Why are there", and don't even think about asking me what a bear's natural habitat is)
  • You mourn the deaths of your favorite performers (I drew a picture because of Jerry Nelson's death…it's of Floyd and Janice in heaven)
  • You can pat your head and rub your stomach (oh, please, anyone can do that. Even I can do that)
  • You can rub your head and pat your stomach (that's just as easy)
  • You can play any Muppet songs on an instrument (I can play "Rainbow Connection", "Saying Goodbye", and "I'm Going to Go Back There Someday" on guitar, and all those songs plus "Sing, Sing a Song", "Man or Muppet", and a little bit of the theme song and "Never Before, Never Again" on piano.)
