Judging by the name I picked for my first goldfish, I must've remembered the orange Oscar subconsciously even as a kindergartner (for the record, I was born in early '69). To name one of my more recent habits...

You know you're a classic Sesame Street fan when you've jokingly assigned blog posts letters and/or numbers of the day. I announced my upgrade to high-speed Internet service by introducing the message: "...brought to you by the letters D, S, and L; and by the number 1 (as in megabits per second)."

You know you've watched too much classic Sesame Street ...

...when you find yourself singing 'And dance myself to sleep, we're in our jammies, and dance myself to sleep, and thank you lambies' when the children were put to bed hours before..when you find yourself singing' Rubber duck, duck, rubber duck duck rubber duck' when cleaning out the tub...when you see anyone with the name Mr. Hooper and get a wee tear and a bit choked up......
