He's actually right. Just look at Thomas, TUGS, and The Wind In The Willows.

We're pitiful.

...though we did make Fraggle Rock. HA!

Your just jealous becuase Britain makes better shows than the US. And The Hoobs is one of them
What about Bob the Builder, Thomas the tank engine, Wallace and Gromit, Chicken Run and Shaun the Sheep?

Honestly I think it's split 50/50. The US has some great shows, but so does the UK.
All countries have shows that can best another country's. I think, certainly in its heyday, the US has had the best "normal" (for lack of a better word) shows, but the UK has always excelled in the children department.

O rly?

Has the Hoobs been on for almost 50 years now?
Have the Hoobs had Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake, Jack Black and many other big celebrities as guest stars?
Do the Hoobs have their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame?

Reply back to me once all of the above happens.

There are exceptions, of course. Like Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock. Or *cough* Doctor Who *cough* (I'm obsessed to that show and I don't even care lol.)
