Is there any logical reason for having these things in Muppet Show-themed boxes?

if i rememeber right the muppet did some nascar promotion back in the day i have the rowlf car..he is probably the driver

Yes. It is supposed to be part of a set of nascar bobbleheads from when they did the muppets promotion. It is supposed to be Animal.
