Why is the Sesame Encyclopedia not always available?

Its due to bandwidth, Too many visitors and the site goes offline for a few hours.

Now my question, Why are all the people who complain illiterate?

Quite honestly, I doubt that most teachers/professors would accept an online encyclopedia as a "scholarly document". LOL.
