After looking at this poll, it seems to me that while the 70s is indeed the worst decade for animation, this decade came in second place and its not hard to see why.

A lot of the animated movies that have come out recently have been nothing but terrible cgi pop culture, celebrity stunt, sequel driven movies like Minions, Frozen, Despicable Me 3, Boss Baby, Rock Dog, Ice Age 5, Norm North, Cars 3, Nut Job 2, Sherlock Gnomes, Teen Titans Go, Smurfs The Lost Village and especially The Emoji Movie.

I wouldn't put Frozen on that list if I were you. I'm not the biggest fan of that movie, but it had heart and passion put into it, especially when compared to the others you listed. (Also, I'll admit that Despicable Me 3 is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. I thought the 80's villain was funny.)

Why?

Because they all use the same CGI animation.

That's why. :shifty:

Satire over.
