Are you just trying to rub it in that we Americans don't have a network that shows The Muppet Show? For that matter, I would even settle for Disney showing reruns of Muppets Tonight (even though my dorm has no cable at the moment, at least it would be on).

Be much better than that Lizzie McGuire/ Boy Meets World/ That's So Raven/ Even Stevens-athon the network has become...

At least Bill Barretta is supposedly on Kim Possible, or so I hear? :smirk:

One of my favorite teachers ever knew that I was a huge Muppet fan and don't have cable, so she videotaped two tapes full of Fraggle Rock and The Muppet Show for me! I love those tapes! :flirt:
Wow! What a nice thing for her to do!

I think it's better for the Muppet Show to have ended. Jim Henson was right in thinking that it would get old after awhile. Best to leave the audience wanting more.

Of course today they could do a whole lot of stuff with the muppet show including some of that Jim Henson Hour stuff. That show had some great ideas to work with. I especially liked th all digital background I've seen in pictures. Something like that would make a cool new muppet show, especially with the updated technology.

Thats very nice for a teacher to do but I must admit, I have a teacher at school and when it was my birthday a few weeks ago she bought me a box of liqueur bottle chocolates, and when I left a few weeks after that which was only about a week ago she gave me an even bigger box of them, some people might think she is influencing me with alcohol but I think its very nice what she did, most teachers dont give presents.
