While most of the major Muppet characters have been seen with legs on occasion--whether it be on screen or in merchandising--there are some characters who have NOT been seen with legs. I am trying to populate a list of these characters.

Lew Zeland?
His have been seen in merchandise. It would have to be something very obscure, like Vendaface. Most of the other characters have been seen in merchandise or comics.I was thinking J.P Gross or Gladys but they can be seen in The Comic muppet book.May be the bird lady from the dance skits.what's her name-Mrs Birdsworth?

Nearly all the characters would be built from a sketch that would be full length.Maybe some of the Muppet whatnots, that were just created for background scenes, mighnt have legs?
