Keeping in mind that this is like picking a favorite tooth, or being asked which one of your children you love most, here goes -

ROWLF - First Muppet I ever saw - on the Jimmy Dean Show! IMHO, Rowlf embodies the softer side of Jim Henson's personality. He's sweet, funny and lovable but a bit less manic than Kermit.

JANICE - Can a Muppet be sexy? F'r shuur, really. Not many lines over the years but most were memorable.

PEPE - Not too crazy about most of the Muppets Tonight characters, but Pepe is real winner. What is it about characters named Pepe and romance?

And my favorite of them all? ANIMAL, natch. Sure wish I could let my id run wild like him.

Honorable mention must go to SAM, STATLER & WALDORF, OSCAR, GROVER, THE COUNT:big_grin: and of course, KERMIT.

Well, I think Cantus would be my first choice.. He is and will always be my all Muppet god. After Cantus:

Kermit
Scooter
Beaker
Rizzo
Gonzo
Fozzie
Wembley
Yorick
The La Choy Dragon (Leave me alone, I love him!)

..and every other Muppet. Ever.

I have to agree with Quinn. I really like Kermit and Gonzo. I have always liked Kermit, even when I wasn't into The Muppets. But I also really like Miss Piggy. I would say Kermit, Gonzo and Piggy are my top 3 favorites. But This is a hard thread to post on, because I like all The Muppets! My fourth favorite is Boober, my fifth favorite is Tutter, my sixth favorite is Mokey, etc...

Fozzie and Scooter. Then Rowlf. Then Kermit (I agree. Muppets wouldn't have worked without him).

AHAHAHA! MUPPETY! *Cough* Sorry.

I dig...
Kermit- He r0xx0rz! Whatever that means.
Miss Piggy- She so cool, and she kicks butt!
Fozzie- You know, I actually think he's funnier when he's not trying to be funny.
Gonzo- Weird stuff rocks.
Rowlf- Not sure why, but he's just cool.
Dr. Teeth- The tooth. And the hat.
Floyd- The mustache. SGT. FLOYD PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS- *Ahem*
Animal- He's cute. What?
Lips- I ne'er was a big fan of trumpets... till now.
Zoot- To quote a Lord of the Rings humor fansite, "It's always the quiet who are so quiet" Oh yeah, he has a cool hat.
Janice- Like, you know. She's like, rully cool.
Clifford- He's cool too.
Pepe- That voice... *drool* I wish I coulda seen that Very Merry Muppet Christmas movie thing... sounded like Pepe was cool in that.
Statler and Waldorf- These guys are my idols.
Ernie and Bert- They've been my faves since I was little.
Count- One time, I took an online test to find out what dark secret of Sesame Street I was, and I was the Count's obsessive-compulsive disorder. And that really doesn't tell you anything, does it?
And now the rest, in no order! (Not that the first were in a very good order)
Scooter
Skeeter (i don't care that she's just in Muppet Babies, she's cool!)
Crazy Harry
Oscar
Swedish Chef
The Baby from Dinosaurs, and the grandmother, whatever her name was. I'm sorry! It's been a while since I've seen it.
There's pro'ly more, but that's all I can think of now.
But currently my top faves are the Electric Mayhem, Gonzo, and Pepe.
